Help us build the next generation of AI tooling. You'll work on model evaluation, fine-tuning pipelines, and intelligent systems that help users get the most out of AI.

What you'll do

  • Develop model evaluation and benchmarking systems
  • Build intelligent routing and model selection algorithms
  • Create fine-tuning and adaptation pipelines
  • Implement prompt optimization techniques
  • Research and integrate new AI capabilities
  • Collaborate with platform engineers on model serving

    • Requirements

  • 3+ years of ML engineering experience
  • Strong Python skills and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Experience with LLMs and transformer architectures
  • Understanding of ML ops and model deployment
  • Strong statistical and mathematical foundation
  • Experience with NLP tasks and evaluation

    • Nice to have

  • Published research or notable projects
  • Experience with RLHF or model alignment
  • Vector databases and embeddings
  • Multi-modal AI experience
