Cloud storage and folder sync
Connect Google Drive or OneDrive, import files, and keep a local folder in sync.
Connect your cloud storage accounts. Once connected, you can browse files and import them into a knowledge base without downloading and re-uploading them by hand.

Connecting a service
Cloud Storage → connect Google Drive or OneDrive. You are sent to the provider to authorise, and returned with Account connected.
Disconnect Service removes the connection. Existing imported documents will not be removed — disconnecting stops future access, it does not retract what you already imported.
Importing files
Browse Files, select what you want, and Import to Knowledge Base. AODex reports how many files were imported.
Selection is multi-file; Clear (n) resets it.
Keeping a folder in sync
Add Folder sets up a watched local folder — shown as Auto-synced local
folder:
Force Rescan re-walks the folder when you suspect something was missed. A file removed underneath AODex shows as File Not Found.
Folder sync is one-directional and additive by nature. It brings your files into AODex; it is not a two-way sync and should not be treated as a backup of the folder.
When a connection breaks
Two states worth recognising:
- Connection expired — reconnect to continue. Providers time authorisations out. Reconnect; nothing is lost.
- Error — reconnect to fix. Same remedy.
Neither deletes imported documents.
