Export your data
Request a copy of everything in your account — conversations, documents, memories and personas.
Export your data in various formats. This is the whole-account export; to take a single thread out, see Export a conversation.
This exists because your data being yours has to mean something operationally. You should not have to ask anyone in order to leave.

Requesting an export
Create a new export of your data → choose what to include → Request Export.
| Category | Contents |
|---|---|
| All data | Everything below, in one archive. |
| Conversations | Your threads and their messages. |
| Documents | Documents from your library. |
| Memories | Everything the assistant has remembered. |
| Personas | The personas in your library, including ones you wrote. |
| Generated images | Images produced in your account. |
AODex confirms with Export requested. It will appear below when ready. Exports are prepared in the background — you do not have to sit and wait.
Collecting it
Previous Exports lists your export history with a Download against each. An account that has never exported shows No exports yet.
If a download fails you will see Failed to download export; the export itself is unaffected, so try again.
An export marked Stalled did not finish. Request a fresh one rather than waiting — a stalled export will not complete on its own.
What it is not
An export is a copy. It does not delete anything, close your account, or cancel a subscription. If you are leaving, export first, confirm the archive is readable, and only then cancel — see Your plan and billing.
