Create your account

Before you start: you need an email address you can receive mail at, and nothing else. The trial does not ask for a card.

Steps

1. Go to aodex.ai and start the trial.

Signing up happens at dex.aocyber.ai — aodex.ai links you there. If you already have an account, go straight to dex.aocyber.ai and sign in instead.

2. Create the account.

You can also Continue with Google rather than setting a password. If your organization has configured it, Continue with single sign-on is the third option — see Single sign-on.

3. Verify your email.

AODex sends a verification message and shows you a Check your email screen. Open the link in that mail to confirm the address.

The link is time-limited. If you come back to it later and see Link expired, use the activation-help screen to send yourself a fresh one — you do not need to sign up again, and it will not tell you whether an account exists for an address that has none.

4. Choose your plan.

First sign-in lands on Choose Your Plan. AODex is one plan, so this is really a single decision: start the seven-day free trial. You are not charged during it, and you can change plan later.

5. You are in.

The workspace opens on your conversations. Nothing is set up yet and nothing needs to be — see Your first conversation.

If you were invited by someone else

An invitation email carries its own link. Following it attaches your new account to the team that invited you, so use that link rather than signing up cold — signing up separately creates an unrelated personal account.

Signing in later

dex.aocyber.ai, with the email and password you chose (or the Google or SSO button you used the first time). Forgotten passwords are handled by Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen — it emails a reset link and, deliberately, gives the same response whether or not the address has an account.
