A tour of the workspace
Where everything lives — the navigation rail, the Library, and account settings.
AODex has three areas: the conversation you are in, the Library of things that persist between conversations, and your account settings.

The navigation rail
On a wide screen the rail runs down the left:
| Item | What is under it |
|---|---|
| Conversations | Every thread, with folders, labels and search. |
| Workspace | Projects, Knowledge and Personas — the things you build once and reuse. |
| Library | Documents and Memories. |
| Notifications | Appears when you have something unread. |
Teams sits between Workspace and Library on accounts that have team features. It is not shown on a solo account — see Teams and invitations.
You can collapse the rail to reclaim width; the control is at its foot.
On a phone
The rail becomes three tabs at the bottom — Chats, Library and Profile — and the Library tab groups the same things by purpose:
- Assistants — Personas
- Workspace — Projects, Knowledge, Documents
- Media & Memory — Memories
Account settings
Everything account-level is under Profile, in three groups:
| Group | Entries |
|---|---|
| General | Profile, Security, Preferences |
| Account | Billing, API Keys |
| Data | Shared with me, Exports, Cloud Storage |
Team-enabled accounts additionally show Teams, Invitations and SSO in the Data group. A solo account does not, because those endpoints would refuse it anyway — the entries are hidden rather than left as dead ends.
Each entry is mapped in The settings screen, and covered in full in Account.
